Our chocolate is topped with locally sourced ingredients, including sea salt from family-owned Jacobsen Salt Co. Grounded in craftsmanship and community, Jacobsen Salt Co. hand-harvests sea salt from the cold, pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. Their flake finishing salt enhances the complex, nuanced flavors of our chocolate.
